Playing
How do I unlock new animals?
Finish a race ahead of an animal once. It then appears under Racers, where you can buy it with coins. Your rivals change every race, so each animal will come around.
What does tapping the track do?
Tapping makes your racer sprint, which uses the red energy bar. If you are sprinting when you reach an obstacle, you always clear it. If you are not, there is a chance your racer trips.
Why is my animal slower than its top speed?
Nobody runs flat out every race. Each animal's form goes up and down, and rain, heat and headwinds slow some animals more than others. The lineup card during the 3, 2, 1 countdown shows what everyone is running at.
Where do gems come from?
Tap the gem that drifts across the track, beat an animal for the first time, win a race with an animal for the first time, or play the arcade games. Gem packs are also sold in the Shop.
What are tickets?
Each arcade game costs one ticket. You get a ticket every 2 races and can hold up to 5.
Saves
Where is my progress saved?
On your device, in up to three save slots. Progress does not sync between devices. Deleting the app deletes your saves.
How do I switch or delete a save?
Open the Train tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Main menu. On the start screen, tap Choose a save.
Purchases
I bought a racer or skin and it is missing
Open the Shop tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Restore purchases. Racers and skins you have bought come back in every save, including on a new phone signed in to the same Apple account.
Do gem and coin packs restore?
No. Gem and coin packs are used up when you buy them and are added to the save you are playing at the time.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
A purchase will not go through
Purchases need an internet connection, although the rest of the game works offline. If you see a message that the shop could not reach the App Store, check your connection and try again.
Other
There is no sound
Tap the speaker button in the top right corner of the game, and check your phone's volume and silent switch.
